Concord celebrates landmark topping out of Marylebone Square, W1’s most anticipated new development
Concord London and Kier group were joined by The Lord Mayor of Westminster, Councillor Hamza Taouzzale to celebrate the topping out of Marylebone Square, the last whole city block in W1 to be developed. The 25,160m² nine storey, mixed use development comprises of 54 luxury new-build homes and two storeys of exclusive boutiques and restaurants befitting of this one and only true London village. The formalities were concluded with filling the last bit of the top concrete slab.
